"Slitton Strong/Super Strong" is a seismic slit material that eliminates the need for concrete separation and streamlines placement management. It significantly improves the quality of the structure by eliminating the need for jointing through continuous pouring. We offer "Slitton Strong," which requires fewer joints than conventional methods, and "Super Strong," which allows for a single pour of up to 5 meters in height. The "Pylon Barrier" has obtained ministerial certification in conjunction with OS Ring (Okabe Co., Ltd.), following Hailing (Senkushia Co., Ltd.) this time. (2021.6.7) Until now, it could be used in combination with reinforcement rings from various manufacturers, but the previous certification only allowed for through-hole diameters of up to 1/2 of the beam height. Since reinforcement rings can create through-holes of up to 2/3, it was not usable in that regard. With this new certification, it can now be used for through-hole diameters exceeding 1/2 of the beam height. (Hailing → up to 2/3 of beam height, OS Ring → up to 63.13% of beam height) 【Features】 By combining a maximum through-hole diameter of 2/3 with the Pylon Barrier (12mm), it is now possible to achieve more than ever before... ■ Increased effective area for equipment piping ■ Reduced beam height (Note: Due to structural strength considerations, it may not be possible to create through-holes of up to 2/3 with Hailing and up to 63.13% with OS Ring.) *Please be sure to check the certification conditions.
